The Role As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for leading a passionate kitchen brigade in a fast-paced, high-energy venue. You’ll have a genuine passion for food, strong leadership qualities, and the creativity to deliver an inspiring, evolving menu that celebrates bold flavours with Mediterranean flair.

You will:
* Oversee all kitchen operations with precision and energy
* Drive food quality, presentation, consistency, and innovation
* Coach, mentor, and inspire your team to be the best they can be
* Collaborate with our senior team on menu development and specials
* Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organised kitchen environment
