This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a high-volume, well-established dealership with a loyal customer base and a strong earning potential. The role is suitable for Car Sales Executives with some sales experience, even outside the motor trade.Benefits

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

• Engage with showroom and online customers to identify their needs and preferences
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial enquiry to handover
• Meet and exceed individual sales and finance targets
• Present products such as warranty packages, service plans, and insurance options
• Conduct accurate vehicle valuations and manage part-exchange procedures
• Maintain comprehensive customer records and follow-up systems to generate repeat business
• Keep current with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• Previous experience in sales, ideally within a main dealer or franchise environment
• Target-driven with a professional and approachable manner
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident discussing finance options and upselling value-added products
• Valid UK driving licence
• Enthusiastic team player committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences
