Contract: Temporary, Full-time

Pay: £43 per hour

Seven Resourcing is seeking an experienced LSCMI Social Worker to join a supportive team in Musselburgh. This full‑time, temporary position offers £43 per hour.

In this role, you will ensure high-quality social work practice for adults in need of risk and needs assessment, using the LSCMI framework. You will bring a thorough understanding of social care legislation and risk management, while collaborating effectively across the East Lothian area.

• Deliver high standards of social work practice, supporting positive outcomes for service users.
• Conduct LSCMI assessments and apply relevant legislation when assessing and supporting cases.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
• Manage a varied caseload while maintaining accurate and timely records.
• Undertake visits, assessments, and reports in line with statutory requirements.
• Must be eligible to work full-time in the UK; no sponsorship offered.
• Social Work qualification (BA/MA/BSc/MSc in Social Work, CQSW, or DipSW).
• Registration with SSSC.
• Completed ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment).
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualifying experience in adult social care or relevant services.
• Experience with risk assessment tools, ideally LSCMI.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Availability to work across East Lothian as required.
