DHL Express Schweiz bietet eine dreijährige Lehre im Kundendialog (EFZ) mit Start 2027 in Muttenz. Du lernst, Kundinnen und Kunden telefonisch, schriftlich und persönlich kompetent zu beraten und Lösungen zu finden. Dabei arbeitest du in einem internationalen Umfeld mit modernen Tools.
Es wird viel Wert auf Sprachen, Teamarbeit und die Bereitschaft gelegt, Neues zu lernen. Die Ausbildung erfolgt in Bern an zwei Berufsschultagen pro Woche.
