Die FHNW bildet dich zur ICT-Fachfrau EFZ aus und bietet dir eine vielseitige, praxisnahe Lehre in Muttenz und Olten. Du erwirbst Grundkenntnisse der Informatik und arbeitest im ICT-Support der Corporate IT.
Du startest im August, lernst in der Kennenlernanlass die Lernenden kennen und durchläufst darauf das sechsmonatige Basislehrjahr. Danach lernst du weitere Arbeitsbereiche kennen und unterstützt Anwenderinnen und Anwender bei technischen Problemen.
