Overview
As an Ocean Export Operations Specialist, you will ensure the smooth and timely export of shipments for our customers. This role combines operational responsibilities, customer interaction, and compliance in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process export shipments promptly
• Document and optimize operational procedures
• Support and advise customers
• Manage customs clearance and documentation
• Communicate with customers, agents, and service providers
• Prepare quotations and conduct sales negotiations
• Process customer invoices and monitor deadlines
• Prepare documents such as Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading, and customs papers
• Handle Dangerous Goods shipments in full compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in international forwarding
• Education in business administration
• Experience in international freight forwarding
• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
• Quick learner with a precise and reliable work style
• Independent, efficient, and accurate
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach
