The Rental Audit Manager will lead a team of Rental Auditors responsible for daily audit activities, including verifying reservation accuracy, confirming proper deposit collection, reviewing rental transactions, and communicating directly with Resort Operations to resolve reservation-related issues. This position will also play a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure rental revenue is accurately captured, reported, and accounted for throughout the rental process.
Responsibilities Overseeing all rental audit, compliance, and transactional review functions related to rental operations, owner rentals, and associated financial activity.
This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of rental transactions while identifying operational discrepancies, revenue leakage, and opportunities for process improvement.
Assist in creating policies designed to ensure rental revenues are correctly accounted for throughout the rental process. Responsible for a team of Rental Auditors who will work through day-to-day Audit tasks like ensuring accurate reservations input, ensuring proper deposits are taken, and communicating directly with Resort Operations on reservations-related items.
