This is not a front-desk role. This is a mission-critical operations position that touches every stage of the listing process — from the second we take a seller live to the moment that "SOLD" sign goes up.

Responsibilities
  • Prepping listings for launch like a pro (photos, data, research, marketing materials, etc.)
  • Managing all seller-side paperwork, contracts, disclosures, and compliance
  • Communicating with homeowners, agents, and vendors like a champ
  • Coordinating photographers, stagers, inspectors, and pre-listing vendors
  • Managing MLS entry, updates, and property launch checklists
  • Scheduling and tracking showings, feedback, and agent communication
  • Keeping everything (and everyone) organized, accountable, and on time

Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate, lending, title, or high-level admin roles preferred
  • Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, MLS systems, and email platforms
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Obsessed with being organized, accurate, and on time
  • Can manage your own time without constant supervision
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED; some college experience is a bonus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
  • Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued
  • Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license
Compensation

$30,000 - $40,000 yearly
