Have a passion for customer service and enjoy interacting with people? Pirates Voyage is looking for enthusiastic crew members to join our team as Greeters for the Christmas season!
As a Greeter, you will help welcome our guests, answer questions, and make their visit to Pirates Voyage a memorable experience.
Ages 16 and up!
Seasonal Employment: This is a temporary position for the Christmas season. Pirates Voyage closes for the season in January, and employment will conclude with the seasonal shutdown.
Expected HoursYour schedule will depend on the shows operating each day.
Show schedules and hours may vary based on operational needs.
Responsibilities of the PositionWelcome, greet, and direct guests while explaining what to expect during their visit.
Answer guest questions regarding the performance and overall experience.
Assist with offering and serving guests drinks and snacks while maintaining our standards of quality and service.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with guests and fellow crew members.
Work efficiently and maintain a rapid pace in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Assist in other areas or departments as requested by management.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
