Job DetailsOur company is seeking an experienced, innovative, and dynamic Landscape Architect to join our team. This is a permanent position focused on creating and implementing design solutions for a variety of projects including public parks, commercial properties, and residential developments.
Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive plans and designs for various construction projects including public parks, commercial properties, and residential developments.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Sketch Up to create detailed drawings, design plans, and 3D models.
- Collaborate with a team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals to integrate landscape designs into overall project plans.
- Conduct site analyses to understand landscape elements and assess environmental impacts.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Oversee the implementation of design plans during construction to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects stay within budget.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience and a Registered Landscape Architect.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Sketch Up is a must; knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, or Revit is a plus.
- Excellent design, visualization, and graphic presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
