Senior Civil Designer

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the lead designer on a variety of residential and infrastructure development projects.
- Leverage advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D skills and CAD standards to create and review project models, plans, and designs.
- Develop comprehensive designs for drainage, grading, and site infrastructure while addressing complex site constraints.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, CAD designers, technicians, and sub‑consultants, to deliver successful projects.
- Ensure quality control of all design elements and deliverables before external release.
- Analyze and interpret local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring all designs meet compliance standards.
- Oversee project schedules and budgets, maintaining clear communication with project managers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical project challenges independently.
- Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Certification in CAD software and Civil 3D platform
. - 10+ years of CAD and Civil 3D experience, with 5+ years in detailed land development engineering.
- Strong knowledge of GIS is a plus.
- Proven ability to mentor CAD drafters and engineering interns.
- Exceptional multitasking and decision‑making skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
, Microsoft Office
, and email applications.
