• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the Color Riot experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring smooth execution of activities and adherence to safety protocols
• Motivate team members, providing clear direction and support to deliver outstanding guest service
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
• Coordinate event setup, manage crowd flow, and assist with event management tasks to enhance overall guest satisfaction
• Handle transactions accurately, including ticket sales and merchandise purchases
• Maintain operational standards by monitoring cleanliness, safety compliance, and equipment functionality

• Proven experience in guest services or customer-facing roles, preferably within event venues or hospitality environments
• Demonstrated leadership skills with prior supervising or managerial experience in fast-paced settings
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage team members and interact with guests of all ages
• Knowledge of event management principles and experience managing large groups or events is highly desirable
• Ability to make quick decisions while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
• Experience with staff supervision and shift management is preferred.
