External CPA Partner

Gold Shield Wealth is seeking an experienced, client-focused Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who is interested in building a long‑term, collaborative relationship with a growing wealth management firm. This opportunity is ideal for a CPA looking to expand their client base while maintaining full independence.

This is an independent, external partnership opportunity
, not an employment position. The CPA will work out of Gold Shield Wealth’s office and provide tax preparation, tax planning, and accounting services to clients referred by our firm. The CPA will operate their own practice and maintain full responsibility for client engagements.

• Deliver high-quality tax preparation, tax planning, and advisory services
• Meet with referred clients in‑office and virtually as needed
• Collaborate with Gold Shield Wealth advisors to align tax and financial strategies
• Manage all client relationships, billing, and regulatory compliance independently
• Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards

• Active CPA license in good standing
• Proven experience in tax preparation and tax advisory services
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a financial advisory team
• Experience working with individuals, business owners, or high‑net‑worth clients preferred

• CPA bills and collects fees directly from clients
• Access to professional office space for client meetings
• Ongoing client referrals from an established wealth management firm
