Hairstylist

Freddie Rose Salon is looking for 2–3 stylists to join us as part of a small incoming group. We’re especially interested in an experienced extension specialist, an experienced colorist and a versatile stylist with strong cutting, styling and guest-care skills. We’ll also consider one newer South Carolina-licensed stylist with excellent fundamentals, professionalism and coachability.

We want talented stylists who care about how the whole salon works: communicating directly and respectfully, supporting guests and teammates, keeping shared spaces ready for clients, and taking ownership when a service needs attention.

• An active South Carolina cosmetology license by the start date.
• For the extension role: experience with consultations, color matching, installation, maintenance, client education and safe removal.
• For the color role: a strong portfolio in areas such as dimensional color, gray coverage, blonding or corrective work, along with thoughtful consultations and dependable formula records.
• For the versatile role: reliable cutting and styling skills, strong guest-care habits and a collaborative approach.
• Professionalism, accountability, cleanliness and openness to feedback.

Service commission ranges from 45% to 51% of commissionable service revenue
, based on experience and production. Stylists also receive 100% of tips and 10% commission on credited net retail sales
. We’ll provide the full written compensation plan before an offer is accepted.

Freddie Rose is an established Myrtle Beach salon using Vagaro for booking and client management. We’re investing in the salon’s space, presentation, education and guest experience as we grow.
