We’re seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join a rapidly growing outpatient rehab program in Myrtle Beach. This is a rare opportunity to specialize in pelvic health within a hospital-based setting, offering 1:1 patient care, mentorship, and career development in a community-centered program that’s expanding its women’s health services.

Highlights of the Role
  • Dedicated pelvic health caseload: prenatal/postpartum, incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and cancer-related pelvic floor conditions

  • 1-hour appointments with a manageable daily schedule (no high-volume churn)

  • Mentorship + certification support:
Funding for Herman & Wallace Level I and II courses (valued at $5,000 each) plus comp time for CEUs

  • Growth trajectory:
Women’s Health hospital wing opening in 2026 (48 beds expanding to 150), providing increasing referrals and career opportunities

  • Flexible hours:
Full-time 40 hrs/week (option for 30 hrs pelvic health + 10 hrs general outpatient if desired)

Day-to-Day
  • Evaluate and treat pelvic floor dysfunctions, prenatal/postpartum needs, and chronic pelvic pain

  • Collaborate with local OB/GYNs and primary care providers for coordinated patient care

  • Work closely with PT, OT, and SLP colleagues in a supportive outpatient rehab team

  • Participate in community outreach and women’s health program development if interested

Compensation & Perks
  • Competitive salary (experience-based)

  • $15,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment) or student loan repayment options

  • Relocation assistance available (up to $7,500)

  • Loan forgiveness: $7,500/year up to 7 years for qualifying PTs

  • 20 days PTO to start, plus comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits

  • Annual CEU allowance ($500) + Med Bridge subscription

Who We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible)

  • Pelvic health training, certification, or strong interest in specializing (new grads considered)

  • Collaborative and patient-centered, eager to grow within a hospital-based outpatient program
