The Role:
Client Experience Coordinator

As a Lincoln Concierge, you will be instrumental in crafting bespoke experiences for our discerning clientele. Your professional background in hospitality, hotel, retail, or as a host/hostess will ensure you seamlessly integrate into our team, bringing a dedication to excellence and an innate understanding of luxury service.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute personalized experiences that exceed client expectations.
  • Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Create a welcoming environment, exceeding expectations in genuine hospitality service.
  • Approach all encounters in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner, adhering to the 10-5 rule of hospitality.
  • Embody the spirit of luxury in every interaction, reflecting the elegance and sophistication of Beach Lincoln.
  • Coordinate effectively with various departments to ensure a smooth and seamless client journey.
  • Assist customers by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, hotel, retail, or as a host/hostess with at least 1 year experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Positive, outgoing, and attentive demeanor.
  • A passion for delivering unparalleled client service.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
