Guest Service Representative - Grande Shores Resort

Full Time

Hourly Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience.

Job Description :Guest Service Representatives welcome all guests upon arrival with a smiling face and friendly attitude. The Guest Service position is often the first point of contact for guests, this makes this position have high responsibility. Some of the daily duties include, but are not limited to; checking in and out, issuing room keys/cards, keeping records of guest accounts, processing payments, and making edits to guests' reservations.

• Check guests inand out of the resort
• Issue guest keys appropriately
• Communicate withother departments to meet guest requests
• Accommodate guests scheduled to stay as needed
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs
• Resolve quest concern;assist in all inquiries relating to hotel amenities and services

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language
