Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We're looking for a Litigation Paralegal to be part of a dynamic plaintiff's firm in Myrtle Beach & Conway, SC. If you're a detail-oriented, self-motivated pro with a passion for helping clients and lawyers through every stage of litigation, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Draft, file, and serve pleadings, motions, and trial documents
• Maintain case files and databases like a pro
• Prepare discovery docs (interrogatories, requests for production, and requests to admit)
• Create case chronologies and assist with e-filing (state & federal)
• Communicate with clients and attorneys to keep everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• at least 3-5 years of paralegal experience in Plaintiffs personal injury litigation
• in depth knowledge of litigation procedures, including SC Civil Procedure Rules
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines like a champ
• Paralegal degree or certification preferred
