About the Opportunity

Our client, a dynamic plaintiff's firm located in Myrtle Beach and Conway, SC
, is actively seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant who is detail-oriented, self‑motivated, and passionate about assisting clients through the litigation process.

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and trial documents with precision.
• Manage case files and maintain databases to ensure organization.
• Prepare discovery documents
  , including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests to admit.
• Create case chronologies and handle state and federal e‑filing.
• Communicate effectively with clients and attorneys to keep cases moving forward smoothly.

• Experience: 3–5 years as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury litigation.
• Procedural Knowledge: In‑depth understanding of litigation procedures, specifically South Carolina Civil Procedure Rules.
