This rapidly growing QSR group, currently with over 200 stores, is seeking District Managers to support their 2025 growth and acquisition plans.

The District Manager is responsible for the operations and P&L of 5-8 restaurants, including financial performance, staff management, and adherence to operating standards to ensure overall restaurant success.

• Minimum of 2 years multi-unit experience in a regional or national Quick Service restaurant concept
• Hands-on coaching skills and a willingness to get in the trenches
• Highly motivated, self-directed, results-oriented, with proven problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and staff development skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and develop action plans
• Experience managing budgets and controlling costs to maximize profits

• $75,000-$85,000 plus bonus
