The grounds maintenance personnel will keep public property areas clean, safe, and organized, using equipment such as hand tools and power tools. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing,digging, raking, sprinkler installation, collecting trash, sweeping, and wiping down outdoor items.

• Empties all trash chutes, trash cans and parking lot as needed
• Sweeps and power washes as needed
• Mowing, weed eating, trimming, laying sod, plant& water flowers, fertilizer and other landscaping duties
• Operates the trash compactor
• Maintain and keep inventory on all equipment
• Keep work spaces clean and hazard free
• Perform other light maintenance work orders as assigned such as changing light bulbs, painting, assist in moving furniture,etc.
• Immediately report any building issues seenwhile preforming daily tasks
• Effective and professional communication with guests and other team members

• Valid Driver’s License
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Able to stand for long periods of time
