Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Myrtle Beach, SC. As a Real Estate Salesperson, your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, showing real‑estate listings, negotiating contracts, and managing transactions to their successful conclusion. You will also build and maintain relationships with clients, conduct market research, and stay updated on real‑estate trends and regulations to guide clients effectively.

Qualifications
  • Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of real estate and real property.
  • Outstanding customer service skills to build trust and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
  • Experience or aptitude in sales, with excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Myrtle Beach real estate market is a plus.
  • Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency with basic technology and platforms used in real estate marketing and transaction management.
