Role Overview:
As a Field Marketer, you will represent the Patio Enclosures brand at trade shows, festivals, fairs, and conferences, engaging prospects, showcasing products, and generating leads.

• Schedule appointments at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events.
• Demonstrate Patio Enclosures products to prospects.
• Engage in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers to promote the brand’s products and services.
• Set up, tear down, and transport exhibit displays and materials per guidelines.
• Coordinate free inspections and estimates with potential customers following lead scheduling and best practices.
• Capture interest and generate leads through enthusiastic and informative communication.
• Work independently or as part of a team to represent the assigned brand with passion and professionalism.
• Travel to event locations and participate in door‑to‑door marketing as needed.
• Maintain and submit all timecards and paperwork promptly.

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Smartphone for timekeeping and appointment setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; energetic and engaging with customers.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with passion for connecting with people.
• Resilient in handling rejection while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Team‑oriented yet able to work independently with initiative.
• Adaptability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in tradeshow marketing or customer‑facing roles advantageous.
• Experience in inside or outside sales helpful but not mandatory.

Hourly Base Pay $18.00 per hour plus commission. Compensation increases based on performance.
