Tradeshow Marketer (Field Marketer)
Great Day Improvements – Patio Enclosures
Role Overview:
As a Field Marketer, you will represent the Patio Enclosures brand at trade shows, festivals, fairs, and conferences, engaging prospects, showcasing products, and generating leads.
- Schedule appointments at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events.
- Demonstrate Patio Enclosures products to prospects.
- Engage in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers to promote the brand’s products and services.
- Set up, tear down, and transport exhibit displays and materials per guidelines.
- Coordinate free inspections and estimates with potential customers following lead scheduling and best practices.
- Capture interest and generate leads through enthusiastic and informative communication.
- Work independently or as part of a team to represent the assigned brand with passion and professionalism.
- Travel to event locations and participate in door‑to‑door marketing as needed.
- Maintain and submit all timecards and paperwork promptly.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Smartphone for timekeeping and appointment setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; energetic and engaging with customers.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with passion for connecting with people.
- Resilient in handling rejection while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Team‑oriented yet able to work independently with initiative.
- Adaptability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in tradeshow marketing or customer‑facing roles advantageous.
- Experience in inside or outside sales helpful but not mandatory.
- Excellent compensation package.

Hourly Base Pay $18.00 per hour plus commission. Compensation increases based on performance.
