Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission with W-2 benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from home. Consultants' territories cover up to approximately 2 hours around their zip code.

This position provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—no door-to-door sales, as customers initiate contact requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.
