Overview

We are looking for the few who have what it takes to travel the country with an experienced Team of Disaster Recovery Experts. Team Zubricki Large Loss/ Storm Team is the premier disaster recovery team in the country and we are expanding.

This position is not for everyone. Only the few who have the right work ethic, mindset and flexibility are made for this. Are you one of the few?

If you are hired, you will spend the first three weeks of your employment in Chicago, ILL training at the Team Zubricki home base. You will be put in the position to learn how we do it, why we do it, when we do it and meet the team of elite professionals who do it.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage and fire damage.

Evaluate and perform restoration activities including water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.

Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies for each project.

Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.

Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.

Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up.

Position Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred

IICRC certification is a plus

Ability to travel out-of-state on a moment's notice

Must live in Myrtle Beach, SC

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
