Termite Technician

As a Home Team Termite Technician, you will perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have not yet been occupied. You will work on construction sites and must adhere to all safety protocols.

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed.
• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials.
• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company‑provided pest and termite control training classes regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Complete home drawings (termite inspections) and provide them to office staff.
• Keep customers informed about the service.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
