Job description: As the maintenance worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cosmetic appearance and the mechanical function of the resort buildings and grounds, inboth the interior and exterior of the property.

The ideal candidate willhave experience and knowledge in a wide range of hotel up keeping. The technician will complete work orders assigned by the supervisor while following safety regulations and respecting guests.

• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures;report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
• Performs maintenance and repairs with a minimum of guest disturbance
• Replacement oflight fixtures, fixing drywall/ wallpaper,painting
• Repairing of broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damageand restore full use of water fixtures; other light plumbing work as needed
• Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs, along with other light electrical work
• Ability to diagnosis HVAC matters, upkeep and resolve simple matters
• Appliance, furniture, and fixture repairs as needed
• Completes all work orders in a timely and detailed manner per company program standards
• Execution of scheduled preventative maintenance
• Maintains all storage areas and work spaces in a clean, safe andsecure manner

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar field
• Able to work independently
• Workingknowledgeofbasicplumbing, electrical skills, preventive maintenance procedures, and reasonable understanding of building equipment and hand tools
