We are hiring a Tile & Grout Technician / Floor Restoration Technician to join our professional team. You will receive paid, hands-on training and work directly with customers to deliver high-quality restoration services. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in maintenance, handyman services, flooring, construction, or home services or anyone motivated to learn a skilled trade.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Required:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

• Experience in tile, grout, flooring, handyman, maintenance, or construction
• Caulking and minor tile repair experience
• Stone polishing, honing, or restoration experience
• Residential or commercial service background

• Full-time, permanent position

• Some commercial projects
• Indoor work most days
• Team-oriented, supportive environment

Compensation: $35,360.00 - $45,000.00 per year
