Smart Scale Solutions is building a teaming bench for an upcoming South Carolina state government citizen-services and law enforcement mobile platform. We are looking for a mobile developer or firm with:
- Native iOS and Android development experience (citizen-facing transactional apps: purchases, renewals, registrations).
- CJIS Security Policy familiarity, prior work on law-enforcement-facing applications strongly preferred.
- Experience integrating mobile apps with backend licensing, permitting, or records systems.
- Active SAM.gov registration (or willingness to register) preferred
- SC-based or SC-registered firms encouraged to apply.
This is a subcontractor/teaming role tied to a state government pursuit currently in pre-solicitation. Please include a capability statement, UEI/CAGE code, and any relevant CJIS or public-sector past performance.
