Our guides lead various MINDZERO sessions including breath work and aromatherapy, providing support and a safe space for community and growth.

• Lead members, guests, and first-timers through various Mindzero sessions, providing guidance and support.
• Assist with breathwork techniques and ensure clients feel comfortable during sessions.
• Offer support to clients navigating challenging moments, especially in the cold plunge.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone in the studio environment.
• Exude enthusiasm, empathy, respect, and kindness at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio.

• Natural passion for cold plunges and saunas.
• An inherent love for connecting and speaking in front of others.
• Flexibility for at least 8 shifts monthly, including 2 weekends, and openness to early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Genuine love for community.
• Willingness to receive safety certification and follow protocols.
• Willingness to enter the cold plunge and/or sauna whenever needed.
• Always eager to learn and collaborate with the team.
