Company Drivers
Additional Compensation:
- Company Drivers earn $80,000-$90,000 annually
- Safety Bonuses
- $2,000 Referral Bonus (For Drivers Referring New Hires - Extended Pay Out)

Requirements:
- 1 year tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years
- 6 month tanker experience
- Class A-CDL with Hazmat and Tanker
- TWIC Application Proof/Receipt
- Chemical Tanks, End Dumps, Vac Tanks experience preferred but we will train
Owner Operators
Additional Compensation:
- Owner Operators earn $275,000-$300,000 annually
- Safety Bonuses
- $2,000 Referral Bonus (For Drivers Referring New Hires - Extended Pay Out)
- Paid pump usage fee
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Payout Structure:
- $1,000 paid out week after orientation (orientation pay)
- $1,000 paid out after the first billed load
- $1,000 paid out on the 30-day mark (This will go towards the owner operator escrow.)
- $1,000 paid out on the 6-month mark
- $1,000 paid out on the 1-year mark
