Position Summary:



Hartford Health Care is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an established, multi-provider, adult medicine, primary care practice in the picturesque coastal town of Mystic, one of the most desirable communities in the state of Connecticut.

Position details:

• Role : 100% Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Adult Medicine, 18+)
• Location :
  Mystic CT
• Schedule :
  Full- or Part-time, weekdays only, 4-day work weeks offered
• Teaching : optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call Only : average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1-weeknight 2 months
