Qualifications- Completed two years of college credit (60 credits total)
- Hold an associate's (or higher) degree
- Passed the Para Pro Assessment within 90 days of start date
- Ability to work with children with multiple needs
- Capacity to implement lessons written by the Special Education Teachers, assigned Staff, and Parents
- Flexible, dependable, and responsive to new ideas and direction
