Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer
Location:
Mystic, Connecticut (Full‑time, On‑site)
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead project planning, design, and permitting, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the design and permitting of civil and site development projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies to achieve project goals.
- Oversee drafting and ensure plans meet technical and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare design reports, calculations, and complete submittal packages.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License (required)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Hydro
CAD (required) - 5–10 years of civil/site design experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently
