Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Mystic, CT

Setting: Long‑Term Care / Nursing Home

Schedule: 40 hours per week guaranteed, 8‑hour day shifts

Position Summary: Join the dedicated therapy team at Pendleton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a trusted provider serving the Mystic community for over 30 years. The facility is committed to nurturing residents and families through compassionate, person‑centered care that promotes independence and dignity in a supportive, home‑like environment.

• Conduct evaluations and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.

• Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Active Connecticut SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or CFY eligibility.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
