Valenti Ford is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our service team in a dual-role capacity. This position combines the responsibilities of a Service Porter/Lot Attendant with that of a Pickup & Delivery Driver to support the efficiency and customer satisfaction of our service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, assisting with service vehicle flow, and providing safe, timely pickup and delivery of customer vehicles.

• Move vehicles around the dealership lot and service area safely and efficiently.
• Assist with staging of vehicles for service appointments and customer pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service drive and parking area.
• Wash and Vaccum customer vehicles as needed
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection process
• Support technicians and service advisors with vehicle movement and logistics

• Pick up and Deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments
• Ensure accurate documentation of vehicle condition at time of pickup and delivery
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience during all interactions
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding timing, issues, or customer concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and care of loaner and transport vehicles
• Utilize Red Cap Delivery Software on Smart Phone to verify dropoff/pickup of client vehicles

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be punctual and dependable
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Primarily Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
• Occasional lifting (up to 50lb) may be required
