Een gemeente in Nederland is op zoek naar een Wmo-consulent die als schakel fungeert in de ondersteuning van inwoners. Je werkt 30 uur per week aan aanvragen en samenwerkingen. De rol vereist een afgeronde hbo-bacheloropleiding en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Wmo. Het salaris ligt tussen de €3400 - €4500 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur. De dynamische functie begint in maart 2026 en er is ruimte voor eigen initiatief.
