ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (SPECIAL COLLECTIONS). Are you interested in exploring legal work? Have you ever thought of becoming a paralegal? Here's an opportunity for you. This job includes processing small claims suits and maintaining communication with attorneys in multiple states. You'll stay busy and learn new things every day. NSF; CC Fraud, filing small claims suits. You'll communicate regularly with our attorneys via phone and/or email.

We are not a collection agency. We believe in excellent customer service and retaining customers when possible. The role includes assisting administrative staff with all other credit department responsibilities and special projects.

• Process small claims suits
• Maintain communication with attorneys in multiple states
• Communicate regularly with our attorneys via phone and/or email
• Assist administrative staff with credit department responsibilities and special projects
• Provide excellent customer service and aim to retain customers when possible

Monday–Friday; some flexibility in work schedule. Free coffee.

• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Computer literacy – Email, Excel, Word required
• Proven organizational skills and excellent written skills
• Bilingual helpful but not required
• Interest in paralegal work would be a good fit
