Position: CLN1 Loan Administration Clerk

Loan Administration personnel provide loan officers and loan assistants the support staff needed to deliver excellent service to the end customer. In addition, loan administration staff services existing loans to ensure timely and accurate loan information.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
  • Print, check for accuracy and mail out all correspondence on loan files such as coupons and notices.
  • Picks up and distributes interoffice and incoming mail during the day.
  • Track, initial filings, perform lien searches, and maintain UCCs on the Secretary of State website.
  • Process credit reference inquiries.
  • Prepare the weekly rate sheet for officers and other employees.
  • Program loan information onto the core system for all loan types.
  • Process daily edits on coworkers previously booked loans to check for accuracy.
  • Check in all Texas Certificate of Titles and audit for accuracy. Assist with various title tracking reports.
  • Process paid off loans and send out released titles and other lien instruments.
  • Quote loan payoffs, including mortgage loans; post loan payments and service existing loans.
  • Create legal documentation for all non‑real estate loan types.
  • Answer customer phone calls.
  • Other duties as assigned.

:

Provides a good example for peers and subordinates. Notifies supervisor of all significant or material matters concerning quality of work, business opportunities, or unusual risks.

:
Extremely familiar with bank policies and procedures. Completes all compliance training as scheduled. Mindful of regulatory compliance in all situations and activities performed.

Education & Experience

Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Knowledge: 6 Months to 1 Year Experience in Financial Institution Preferred

Skills: Good Interpersonal, Mathematical and Clerical Skills

Some Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
