Travel RN - Med​/Surg

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift acute rehab position requiring Cerner EMR experience and CPI/Prevention First certification.

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required, Prevention First required
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience required
• Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in employment history
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Acute Rehab unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Night shift, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• 13-week standard contract with 36 guaranteed weekly hours
• Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not available
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• RTO requests should be kept to less than 7 days
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Returning permanent employees or travelers must disclose prior employment with the health system
• Change of agency or right-to-represent submissions are not permitted for this facility
