Overview

Product Demonstrator ($18/hr + Commission) at Leaf Home. Part-time Retail Marketers needed to visit and engage customers in retail locations. Hours and days vary; weekend availability is a must. On-site work at various retail stores with on-going coaching and performance targets.

The Retail Marketer will attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work with minimal supervision while keeping the manager informed
• Meet predetermined performance goals
• Generate high quality leads for Leaf Home’s products

• Must be willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Attention to detail and punctual
• Smartphone required
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product
• High energy and engagement for long periods
• Ability to utilize our lead-generation system for our products

• Industry-leading starting pay: $18/hour plus commission
