How You'll Make An Impact
  • Guide and maintain oversight of a team tasked with wins, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned channel partners.
  • Share responsibility for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.
  • Represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners, possibly focusing on a specific solution or product set.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales team.
  • Develop new business and maximize growth with existing business partners.
  • Ensure opening & closing are reported in a timely manner.
  • Drive daily sales.
  • Coordinate sales agent activities (meetings, training initiatives, etc.).
  • Create agency campaigns for customer appreciation and revenue generation.
  • Analyze monthly financial statements.
  • Manage assigned staff, establish individual goals and evaluate results.
  • Develop sales reports as needed.
About You
  • Required:

    High School diploma or equivalent;
    Minimum 2 years channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Required:

    Employment is contingent upon getting the P&C license within a 60-day period.
  • Required:

    Computer proficiency.
  • Preferred:
    Excellent bilingual communications skills in English and Spanish.
  • Behavior:
    Ability to execute high level sales volume and fee generation.
  • Behavior:
    Demonstrates strong motivation and team building skills.
  • Behavior:
    Ability to teach and coach others to exceed sales goals by mastering sales processes.
  • Behavior:
    Effectively presents information and responds to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
