- Guide and maintain oversight of a team tasked with wins, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned channel partners.
- Share responsibility for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.
- Represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners, possibly focusing on a specific solution or product set.
- Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales team.
- Develop new business and maximize growth with existing business partners.
- Ensure opening & closing are reported in a timely manner.
- Drive daily sales.
- Coordinate sales agent activities (meetings, training initiatives, etc.).
- Create agency campaigns for customer appreciation and revenue generation.
- Analyze monthly financial statements.
- Manage assigned staff, establish individual goals and evaluate results.
- Develop sales reports as needed.
- Required:
High School diploma or equivalent;
Minimum 2 years channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment. - Required:
Employment is contingent upon getting the P&C license within a 60-day period. - Required:
Computer proficiency. - Preferred:
Excellent bilingual communications skills in English and Spanish. - Behavior:
Ability to execute high level sales volume and fee generation. - Behavior:

Ability to teach and coach others to exceed sales goals by mastering sales processes. - Behavior:
Effectively presents information and responds to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
