Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled  UI/UX Consultant  to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing interfaces for both web and mobile applications. The role requires an individual who can deliver exceptional design solutions while working remotely, with the possibility of short travel to the US.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for web and mobile applications.
Design intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces with a focus on enhancing user experience and improving usability.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Create user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity visual mockups based on client and user needs.
Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs into functional products.
Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Provide expertise and guidance to internal teams regarding user interface design and user experience best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing web and mobile applications.
Expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Excellent knowledge of design systems and their implementation.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with development teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively while working remotely.
Candidates should possess an  H1  or  B1 Visa  and be willing to travel to the US on a short-term basis, if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and how to apply them to designs.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
