Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills to interact with US-based end users professionally. The role involves providing technical support, resolving IT issues, and ensuring smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to US end users through calls, emails, and remote support tools
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Handle user account management, password resets, and access-related requests
Monitor and resolve IT tickets within SLA timelines
Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions
Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and user support
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English
Ability to communicate confidently with US clients/end users
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and system troubleshooting
Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts if required
Team handling and coordination skills are an added advantage
Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Preferred
Skills:
Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, Office 365, and basic networking
Experience in customer support or technical support process
Familiarity with ITIL or ticket management systems
