Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Advance Dental Hospital, located in Nagpur. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling patient appointments, providing information about various dental services, and addressing patient inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient records, following up on treatment plans, and coordinating with the dental team to ensure smooth operations.

The Telecaller will also assist in promoting the hospital's services through effective communication and customer service.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple phone calls and manage time effectively
Experience in customer service or call center roles
Proficiency in using hospital management software and maintaining patient records
Basic knowledge of dental services and treatment plans
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in a related field is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient needs
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
