Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the Akanksha curriculum using effective teaching methods
Plan and implement engaging lessons tailored to students' needs
Design assessments to track and evaluate student progress
Use varied teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Build collaborative relationships with students, parents, the community, and school team
Set clear and high expectations for students
Maintain a visually appealing and organized classroom environment
Participate actively in professional development opportunities and networking events
Attend and contribute to all school trainings and meetings
Complete professional obligations efficiently and responsibly
Engage in extra-curricular and celebratory school activities
Make occasional community visits to strengthen parent connections

Experience:

0-1 year of experience preferred, though freshers will also be considered

Education:

Pre-Primary:  Graduate in any discipline; a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or a related qualification is preferred
