Owns and resolves chronic, long‑running, or recurring issues across network and voice environments.
Strong hands‑on experience with Silver Peak SD‑WAN appliances and orchestration.
Skilled in troubleshooting Silver Peak tunnels, path conditioning, and overlay issues.
Experienced in deployment, configuration, and performance optimization of Silver Peak environments.
Strong experience with routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing.
Good hands‑on knowledge of Aruba switching, including L3 routing and VLAN configurations.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, STP, and SIP protocols
Performs deep root cause analysis for persistent incidents impacting production.
Works closely with L2 teams to identify repeating patterns, trends, and service degradation.
Analyzes logs, traces, packet captures, and system alerts to isolate complex issues.
Coordinates with vendors and OEMs for escalations, fixes, patches, and product‑related defects.
Tracks RMAs, device replacements, and field‑level actions required for resolution.
Extensive knowledge of Physical, Data Link, and Network layer standards.
Strong experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting large‑scale network environments.
In‑depth understanding of LAN technologies, WAN protocols, TCP/IP, Ethernet, and IP addressing.
Analyze packet captures with deep knowledge of TCP/IP protocol behavior.
Expert‑level understanding of Software Defined Networking (SDN) concepts and platforms.
