Role Description  This full-time, on-site Data Analyst role is based in Nagpur and supports data-driven decision-making across operations, sales, and marketing. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various internal systems and external sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. They will perform data analysis and statistical evaluations to identify trends, patterns, and performance indicators related to product sales, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.

The role includes building and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide clear insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. The Data Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business questions, develop data models, and present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
Solid foundation in Statistics and data interpretation, including descriptive and basic inferential techniques.

Experience with Data Modeling and structuring data for reporting, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-focused narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar), and familiarity with visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to documentation and reporting.
Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or retail environments is a plus, along with an interest in automotive protection products.
