What You’ll Do
- Own and scale on-ground growth channels (BTL) across multiple cities
- Drive the entire funnel:
Lead Generation → Site Visits → Conversion
- Work closely with city leaders & sales teams to improve execution on ground
- Build and scale repeatable growth playbooks
- Use data to drive decisions and unlock growth opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years experience in Founder’s Office / Strategy / Growth / Program
- Graduates from Tier-1 colleges (IITs, IIMs, top NITs, etc.)
- Strong bias for action, ownership, and problem-solving
- Someone who wants to build, not just analyze
- Comfortable working in a high-intensity, high-impact environment
