Key Responsibilities
Supervise press and pre-press production processes
Ensure smooth operation of printing machinery and technology
Monitor production quality, timelines, and output standards
Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow
Prepare production reports and maintain documentation
Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control
Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
Support commissioning and maintenance of printing equipment
Eligibility Criteria
B.E. in Printing or Diploma in Printing Technology
Relevant experience: 2–5 years (Degree), 4–8 years (Diploma)
Hands-on experience in press or pre-press operations
Experience with Web Offset printing machines or CIP is a plus
